Our long history of manufacturing cutting-edge hardfacing consumables and wear-resistant components, along with our dedication to innovation and technology, allow us to provide the right solutions for your most critical wear applications.   We continually expand our product offering with new alloys and capabilities to meet the changing demands of high industrial markets.

We are committed to providing consistent, high quality, reliable products that exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Weartech is certified Our quality control system conforms to the high demands of ASC9100C ISO 9001:2008, beginning with raw material inspection and continuing with quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.

All of our alloys are manufactured using pre-tested and approved raw materials. Mastermelts are created using tried and tested metallurgical melt practices to ensure high quality alloys with a low percentage of gas and other trace elements.

Samples from each heat are tested and re-tested for chemical composition, weldability, deposition soundness and hardness. Liquid Penetration Inspection (LPI) tests are also performed on the weld deposits. Microstructural analyses of deposits, alloy verification and mechanical testing are available upon request.

Weartech is committed to minimizing risks to human health and the environment in and around the workplace. More specifically, Weartech is dedicated to maintaining the health and safety of its employees, customers and neighbors, as well as preserving the integrity of our environment. This commitment is supported by management and is the individual and collective responsibility of all Weartech employees.

The scope of Weartech International Environmental Health and Safety System is the processes that are within the frame work of our physical boundaries and serves to demonstrate the organization’s commitment to pollution prevention and continuous improvement of environmental protection, along with internal and external issues, along with interested parties, compliance obligations, process, products and services and our authority and ability to exercise control and influence.
